In a world filled with modern fantasies, apocalyptic romance, and a longing for progress, we must confront the effects of capitalist sorcery with counter-spells. How can passions, affections, and movements be intertwined between the organic and the virtual to experience vitality within the web of the collective?
The guerrilla multimedia project "WHY NOT? UNIVERSAL ROTATION" harnesses new media, choreography, video, installation, and sound design to attack the reality order imposed by human dominion and break the enchantment that has been placed upon natural and cultural ecosystems. The WHY NOT? Collective explores choreographic practices near and far on an endless journey of transformation.
