Universal Rotation

With WHY NOT? UNIVERSAL ROTATION we planned a new conception for a performance around the disciplines of dance, composition/sound design and media art with a focus on choreography.

To this end, we are artistically exploring traditional and contemporary non-western dance techniques, with a strong focus on rotation dance, in conjunction with contemporary dance.

 

We intended to further tap into our resources in dance, professionalize our expertise and positioning in the dance genre (performance), and give more visibility and space to underrepresented contemporary dance forms from a diasporic perspective.
